The Records Division of the Police Department is part of the Support Services Staff. The division’s main responsibility is maintaining the department’s records, supporting patrol and investigations staff, processing and data entry, handling warrants and preparation of complaints for the District Attorney’s office. Records maintained by the division can be obtained by visiting the Records Division in person during business hours or through the phone at (925) 634-6911.
